Electric sauna heater guide
Compare electric sauna heaters by output, 120V or 240V requirements, room fit, controls, stones and installation documentation.
An electric sauna heater must be matched to the sauna room and installed to the manufacturer’s instructions. Compare rated output, supported room volume, voltage, amperage, controls, stone capacity, clearances and warranty before price.
Use the heater maker’s room-volume guidance and account for glass, masonry or other surfaces when the documentation requires it. A larger number is not automatically a better fit.
Search labels can vary, but the product documentation and local electrical supply decide compatibility. Confirm voltage, amperage, phase, breaker, controls and hardwire requirements with a licensed electrician.
A heater listing is not a complete sauna. Budget separately for the room or kit, controls when not included, stones, wiring, ventilation, installation and any local permits.
